Designed for high-performance cooking, the Imperial Mandarin Wok Range delivers extreme heat and precision control for a variety of Asian dishes.
The 18" wide (457) range features an anti-clogging 18 tip jet burner with 125,000 BTU (37 KW) output for intense cone-shaped heat through a 16" (406) Wok Opening. The burner has a continuous pilot for instant ignition and the "L" shaped gas control valve provides maximum control. A gradual slope design has also been integrated to reduce spill-overs. Each range is made from fully welded stainless steel for durability and the reinforced cast iron grate removes easily for cleaning.
