Imperial's 24" wide Electric Thermostatically Controlled Countertop Griddle provides the performance and versatility your kitchen needs. The two 4 KW serpentine elements distribute heat evenly across the 24" (610) deep, 1/2" (13) thick steel cooking surface. The griddle can reach a maximum temperature of 550° and a built-in thermostat maintains your selected temperature during peak hours, ensuring consistent cooking results.
The heavy-duty polished steel plate is perfect for a wide range of menu items, from burgers and steaks to vegetables. An optional chrome top is available for added versatility. The stainless steel front, sides, and one-piece rolled ledge make cleaning easy while providing a sleek, professional appearance. It also features a 4" (102) wide stainless steel grease gutter, removable 1 gallon (3.8 L) capacity grease pan and 4" chrome plated adjustable legs.
