The broiler combines a 20,000 BTU (6 KW) burner, that can be used to start up wood during peak periods, and any type of wood or charcoal to customize the flavor of your food. The unique design incorporates an open-grate bottom that allows a continuous updraft of air to optimize fuel combustion and keep wood and charcoal costs to a minimum. Cast iron top grates provide attractive char-broiler markings. The front chute allows for easy loading of wood or charcoal and the built-in gas log lighter eliminates the need for lighter fluids or electric starters.
The broiler also features stainless steel front and sides with welded, polished seams for a sleek, professional appearance and easy cleaning. The fully insulated cooktop conserves energy and keeps heat focused where it’s needed. Heavy-duty 4" (102 mm) stainless steel legs are also included.
