The Imperial Gas Provection Double Deck Ovens are fully featured convection ovens in more compact, modular designs. Each oven combines 52,000 BTU's with a 1/2 HP fan 2 speed motor to create high-velocity airflow for even, consistent cooking. A highly sensitive Ametek thermostat control system ensures your dishes are cooked correctly.
The porcelainized oven interior not only promotes better browning but also wipes clean easily, while coved oven cavity corners further streamline cleanup. The Provection oven features two HID interior lights with momentary switch and and the double doors, with tempered glass windows, open together with the stainless steel handle. Each oven includes three oven racks and five rack positions are available. The ovens can be stacked up to three units high. The stainless steel exterior—including sides, top, and legs—offers durability and a professional finish that stands up to the rigors of daily kitchen use.
