Five high-production burners produce a total of 200,000 BTU's (58 KW) and assure even heat distribution for fully cooked chickens and provide a fast heat recovery for high production in peak hours. The 48" wide (1219) x 27" deep (686) cooking surface includes a non-stick cooking top grate made of round rods designed for chicken.
The stainless steel front and sides provide durability, professional appearance and easy maintenance, and stainless steel seams are welded and polished for lasting strength. The four legs are also welded to the broiler body.
