Imperial®’s 36" Wide Electric Wafer Plate Range delivers innovation, superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features one 12”w X 12”d (305 x 305) thermostatic controlled wafer plate in front, and a 13”d (330) plate in the rear. The 3.75 KW heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) and provide a maximum temperature of 650ºF (343ºC) to heat food up to 50% faster. Each Hot Top features a highly polished 12”W (457) plate that provides even heat across the entire surface. Each standard oven features a high-performance 5.3 KW elements for even heating throughout the oven interior. It also includes a heavy duty thermostat with temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the element distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. The oven interior measures 26½”w x 26” d x 14” h (673 x 660 x 356) and is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. The chrome oven rack accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.
