Imperial®’s 24" Wide Add-a-Unit with two Hot Tops delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the Hot Tops each feature two highly polished 12”W x 28”D (305 x 711 mm) plates that provide even heat across the entire surface. The “U” shaped burners provide 30,000 BTU’s (9KW) and are located every 12” (305) with one manual control per burner. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included.
