Imperial®’s 36" Wide Electric Wafer Plate Range delivers innovation, superb performance and reliability for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features one 12”w X 12”d (305 x 305) thermostatic controlled wafer plate in front, and one 13”d (330) plate in the rear. The 3.75 KW heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) and provide a maximum temperature of 650ºF (343ºC) to heat food up to 50% faster. The solid top prevents spills from entering unit, making clean-up easy. The heavy-duty thermostatic griddle features a ½” thick polished steel plate and full 21” (533) plate depth for more cooking surface. 3 KW serpentine elements are located under the entire griddle plate and thermostat maintains selected temperature during peak hours. Includes a 4” (102) wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
