Imperial®’s 36" Wide Electric Range delivers superb performance and reliability for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 4 2.6 KW round plate elements with easy-to-clean surface. Plates are 9” (229) diameter for maximum pan contact. The top design helps prevent spills from entering the unit, making clean-up easier. The heavy-duty thermostatic griddle features a ½” thick polished steel plate and full 21” (533) plate depth for more cooking surface. 3 KW serpentine elements are located under the entire griddle plate and thermostat maintains selected temperature during peak hours. Includes a 4” (102) wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
