Imperial®’s 24" Wide Electric Griddle Range delivers superb performance and reliability for busy commercial kitchens. The heavy-duty griddle features a ½” thick polished steel plate and full 21” (533) plate depth for more cooking surface. 3 KW serpentine elements are located under the entire griddle plate and thermostat maintains selected temperature during peak hours. Includes a 4” (102) wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning. Each space saver oven features a high-performance 5.3 KW elements for even heating throughout the oven interior. It also includes a heavy duty thermostat with temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the element distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. The oven interior measures 20”w x 26” d x 14” h (508 x 660 x 356) and is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. The chrome oven rack accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included. The 6" heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
