With Jade’s Modular Solid Fuel Broiler you are getting superior and unmatched quality in the industry. The broiler comes standard with the highest grade materials such as 2” thick high temperature refractory lining, 12 gauge steel interior box, 14 gauge stainless steel exterior and Jade’s two year parts and labor warranty. Just like other modular pieces that Jade designs, our Modular Solid Fuel Broiler is compatible with our refrigerated bases.

- Adjustable, variable speeds as low as 3 rpm

- Burners can be removed through hatch cover in burner box
- Outer stainless shroud can be lowered or removed easily
