Josper’s Robatagrill is an open wood charcoal grill for cooking in the robatayaki style, an ancient culinary technique of the Japanese culture, which involves cooking on the grill in front of the diners. The small portions of food are grilled on skewers over hot charcoal. Ideal for cooking all types of meat, fish and vegetables in a unique way, where the ingredients never lose the original flavour.
This method of Asian cuisine is adaptable to different culinary cultures. Specifically, Josper’s Robatagrill offers several levels of braising and includes different types of accessories to work on charcoal, skewers, Teppanyaki grills and other utensils. With the Robatagrill you will enjoy live grilling and will see how chefs prepare their dishes around the grill … a true culinary show.
