Kloppenberg Products’ ISE Advantage 96” wide upright ice storage bin with 3557 lbs capacity. The 2845-SBB is manufactured using T-304 stainless steel for the front, sides, back and bottom panels.
The body of the bin is constructed of 3 layers which together provide the structural integrity and directly transfer the dynamic load of the ice machine to the floor. The 3 layers consist of the stainless-steel exterior, the 1 ½” foamed in-place polyurethane insulation and a stainless-steel liner.
The T-304 stainless steel exterior has increased resistance to corrosion and oxidation which lends to the bins long lasting durability. The “foam in place” interior provides superior insulation and strengthens the bin’s configuration when holding thousands of pounds of ice. The interior liner is constructed of T-304 stainless steel which provides a corrosion resistant storage environment and bolsters the ice bins structural integrity.
Additional features of the 2845-SBB ice bin; Two (2) large snout openings for scoop dispensing each with a stainless-steel baffle to prevent ice overflow and spring loaded door hinges that hold the door in the open or closed position allowing for ease of use. Each bin comes standard with 6” adjustable feet, a factory installed 1” NPS stainless steel drain and transparent view windows.
