Kloppenberg Products’ ISE Advantage 72” wide ice dispenser and bagger with 2254 lbs capacity. The DISP-2000-IBU is manufactured using T-304 stainless steel for the front, sides, back and bottom panels.
The body of the bin is constructed of 3 layers and together with the welded stainless-steel base provide structural integrity and directly transfer the dynamic load of the ice machine to the floor. The 3 layers consist of the stainless-steel exterior, the 1 ½” foamed in-place polyurethane insulation and a stainless-steel liner.
The T-304 stainless steel exterior has increased resistance to corrosion and oxidation which lends to the bins long lasting durability. The “foam in place” interior provides superior insulation and strengthens the bin’s configuration when holding thousands of pounds of ice. The interior liner is constructed of T-304 stainless steel which provides a corrosion resistant storage environment and bolsters the ice bins structural integrity.
Additional features of the DISP-2000-IBU; Push button timed ice dispensing with a bag blower, timed agitation to prevent ice bridging, shovel door access for ice management, two (2) fully welded stainless steel augers and four (4) agitators, four (4) 1/2 HP motors with torque overload and recovery, 240V hardwire, single phase 30 amp power 60hz, and two (2) adjustable bag shelves with wicket assembly (accommodates most ice bags). Each bin comes standard with 6” adjustable flanged feet, factory installed drain, welded stainless steel base frame, and one (1) 48” UHMWP ice paddle.
