Kloppenberg SPS-1-G Gravity Dispense Ice Bin 900 Pound Capacity Polyethylene Interior Cube, Flake, Nugget Ice Compatibility

Kloppenberg Products’ ISE Advantage 30” wide Shuttle Plus Storage System with 900lbs capacity. The SPS-1-G is manufactured using T-304 stainless steel for the front, sides, back and bottom panels.

The body of the bin is constructed of 3 layers and together with the welded stainless-steel base provide the structural integrity and directly transfer the dynamic load of the ice machine to the floor. The 3 layers consist of the stainless-steel exterior, the 1 ½” foamed in-place polyurethane insulation and the seamless, one-piece poly liner.

The T-304 stainless steel exterior has increased resistance to corrosion and oxidation which lends to the bins long lasting durability. The “foam in place” interior provides superior insulation and strengthens the bin’s configuration when holding hundreds of pounds of ice. And the interior liner, a key feature of this unit, is a seamless polyethylene liner with coved corners that provides a leak proof storage environment and bolsters the ice bins structural integrity.

Additional features of the SPS-1-G ice bin; One (1) guillotine for ice dispensing and shovel door access for ice management. Each bin comes standard with 6” adjustable flanged feet, a factory installed stainless steel drain pan, one (1) 48” Clear PVC tube for drainage (1”ID), welded 40” stainless steel base frame, one (1) 250lbs capacity insulated Poly-carts with foot operated rear drain, and one (1) 48” UHMWP ice paddle.
