Lang CLG48-240 Electric Cruise Line Griddle is manufactured with all heavy gauge 304 stainless steel construction and is continuously welded and with polished seams. Snap-action thermostat controls provided for every 12” of griddle width. 6-kW per foot of incoloy sheathed heating elements that is pressure clamped to plate bottom. A 1” thick polished cooking surface, with 5.5” high sides and back splash is standard. Full with front mounted grab bar is standard.

- 1" thick precision machined, polished steel plate, to reduces hot & cold spots
- Full front 3-1/2" wide X 1" deep stainless steel trough with continuously bottom welded 5-1/2" high rear splash
- 8 quart capacity grease drawer, with marine latch, enclosed sleeve
- Fully enclosed air cooled control compartments and recessed control panel protects control knob
- Full width front mounted grab bar
- 4" adjustable bolt-down legs provided [USPH]
