Lang DO54R2M Double Electric Deck Ovens Roast Marine is a 6kW heated single-pan deck oven with space saving 36” overall width, solid, spring-loaded pull-down door, and all stainless-steel exterior. The unit has insulated, aluminized steel oven interior, with top and bottom mounted incoloy-sheathed heating elements. One heavy duty pan rack and stainless-steel angular legs are both standard.
- Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No 4 finish
- Cooking compartment is aluminized steel and fully insulated on six sides
- Heavy duty spring-loaded pull-down door with grab-bar handle serves as a loading platform
- 12" high cooking compartment with reinforced oven deck and raised edges eliminates warping
- Recessed, right side mounted control panel with manual vent rod
- One heavy duty chrome plated wire rack provided
- Top & bottom mounted heating elements enclosed in incoloy sheathing with 3-heat switch for: top only, bottom only or heat from both
- Stackable up to three high, 20" high oven reduces loading height of upper stacked ovens for more capacity in same footprint
- 100°-550°F operating temperature range
- Simple knob-set time and temperature controls with 60 minute timer
