- Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior with stainless steel removable oven liner and angular steel bolt-down legs
- 2" insulation on six sides of cooking compartment
- Independently opening heavy-duty doors, with double pane tempered glass, marine latches, and swing stops
- Rear-mounted blower with two speed fan with HIGH-LOW speed switch for more flexible baking performances
- Chrome steel 10-position pan slides, with five wire racks provided
