Lang R36C-ATFM Electric 36” wide heavy-duty range has a convection oven base and 21.6-kW total power input. Hatchable two piece construction with all stainless steel exterior, large capacity fully insulated oven with six sheet pan capacity, powerful blower, aluminized steel interior, heavy-duty side hinged door with latch and three oven racks are all standard. Also has, individual oven and cook-top component controls and sea rails and stainless steel front grab bar!
- Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No 4 finish and 12" high cooking compartment is aluminized steel
- 3" insulation on six sides of cooking compartment
- Incoloy sheathed oven heating elements with top & bottom element 3-heat switches
- Heavy duty, spring assisted, hinge-down door with latch
- One center rack guide with one chrome plated oven rack provided; oven holds one 18" X 26" full sheet pan
- 6" adjustable legs w/bolt-down flange, sea rails, and full width front mounted grab bar for stability and safety
