The MagiKitchn MKG-48-E commercial gas countertop griddle is 48" wide and features a 47.75" W x 24" D cooking surface, 1" thick polished griddle plate, electric thermostat with matchless ignition, grease chute and box, front grease trough, 3" side splash, 4" removable legs, a total of 120,000 BTU, and has the following certifications; CSA, NSF
- 1" thick polished griddle plate with a wide 3.5” spatula front grease
- Large 3.75 gallon grease box with splash zone compartment
- Snap action thermostat with piezo spark ignitor
- Safety pilot with flame loss shutoff
- Gas regulator and shutoff are factory installed and recessed for close wall installation
- All stainless-steel independent venturi style burners
- Double walled and reinforced stainless-steel sides with tapered back splash
- Extra smooth 12 gauge back and side plash skirt finish for ease of cleaning
- Solid panel cabinet base for flush mount capability easy to remove for cleaning
- Incoloy sheathed elements pressured clamped to bottom of griddle plate
- 1" thick polished griddle plate with a wide 3.5” spatula front grease
