This full-size indirect-fired convection oven is designed for use with an external heat source (not included), ensuring that no harmful flue gases enter the cooking cavity. With a compact footprint of 36” wide x 35” deep, this oven is ideal for Marine base applications, fitting easily into tight spaces. The indirect-fired design helps maintain a clean cooking environment, while the two-speed motor (high speed at 1650 rpm and low speed at 1375 rpm) offers versatile cooking performance. It comes equipped with multiple timers, including a 5-hour timer and a 60-minute timer, allowing for precise control over your cooking times. The independent solid doors offer the added benefit of cooling the motor when one door is open, and can also serve as a secondary heat source. Designed to accommodate up to 5 full-size sheet pans, the oven's coved corners make it easy to clean in a timely manner.
