The Eco-Tech Plus Atmospheric Steamer from Market Forge Industries is a high-performance stainless steel steamer featuring two cooking compartments, each equipped with an independent, close-coupled atmospheric electric steam generator. This industry-first, ENERGY STAR-qualified steamer includes a built-in water filter system and a water management system that significantly reduces water usage by efficiently condensing steam. As a result, the Eco-Tech Plus saves between 80 to 100 gallons of water per hour compared to traditional convection steamers, offering substantial energy cost savings. With its innovative design and eco-friendly features, this steamer is the perfect choice for operations looking to reduce both water and energy consumption.
