Product Details
This stainless steel cabinet base electric steam kettle is designed for heavy-duty performance and ease of use. Its tilting design allows the kettle to tilt nearly upright, enabling complete emptying of contents with precise control using a removable crank. The tilting mechanism can be stopped at any point, ensuring the kettle won’t settle back during operation. Cooking temperature is easily adjustable via a steam control valve located on the right side of the cabinet top. A hot and cold water-fill faucet with a swing spout is also conveniently placed on the cabinet top for added functionality. The kettle is equipped with a 2” (51mm) sanitary draw-off valve, enclosed for sanitation, and empties into a swing drain that is removable without tools. This swing drain also features a removable stainless steel strainer for easy cleaning. Additionally, the unit comes with a one-piece counter-balanced stainless steel cover, making it both durable and practical for commercial kitchens.
