NU-VU's bread cabinets are useful accessories to store finished products and minimize drying out until they're served. They're made of lightweight aluminum with polycarbonate doors and right or left hinges. The CR18 is a unique combination of enclosed cabinet and open rack to store a variety of products. The enclosed cabinet is good for maintaining moisture in products that require it, while the rack on top is ideal for artisan bread and other crusty products.

  • The CR18 & HCR18 come fully constructed of aluminum allowing for a price concessous customer to purchase the perfect solution to their storage need.
  • Unlike the HCR18 the CR comes 1/3 open and 2/3 closed. So you have the ability to cool your baked item before storing for sale.
  • Designed with a one piece magnetic door gasket, helping making replacement a breeze yet keeping every angle of your door fully closed.
  • The dims of the CR18 are 26"W x 34"D x 75"H.
  • The interior walls can easily be removed for deep cleaning between uses.
  • Our HCR18 & CR18 feature 3.25" shelf spacing perfect for your sub roll, cakes, bars and so much more.
  • The CR18 can hold (6) 18"X26" sheet pan capacity or (12) 18"X13" sheet pan in the open area, and (12) 18"X26" sheet pan or (24) 18"X13" sheet pan capacity in the enclosed area.
  • Build with 4" casters allowing you to move around your kitchen or your line.
