NU-VU Bread Cabinets provide enclosed storage to store finished goods and keep them from drying out until they are ready to be served. They're constructed on lightweight, sturdy aluminum with polycarbonate doors, with left or right hinges.
- The HW series bread cabinet is constructed of durable aluminum, with a welded framework.
- We have two different options for storage in the HW Series, we offer a full size solution which is the HW-2G and the half size option which is the HW-2-1/2G.
- The perfect solution for displaying your baked breads, each HW-2-1/2G features a single view polycarbonate door.
- The HW-2-1/2G measures 22.125"W x 29.375"D x 39.5"H.
- Fresh baked product is no problem as the HW series has an adjustable vent on top keeping air that stales bread quicker from coming in, and the heat from staying in and molding bread quicker.
- The HW-2-1/2G can store up to (9) 18"x26" sheet pans with a shelf spacing of 3.25".
- The HW Series Bread Cabinet comes standard with a one year limited parts warranty.
