- The PROW-18 is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel interior & exterior.
- The PROW-18 measures 25 1/8"W x 34 5/8"D x 78 3/8"H with a interior measurement of 18 1/2"W x 29"D x 60"H.
- Our PROW-18 comes with a automist humidity system. Connect your water line up to our 1/4" connector & never worry about filling a water pan again.
- The PROW-18 holds (18) 18"x26" Sheet Pans with 3" Shelf Spacing between each pan.
- The unit maxes at 110°F standard, equip with the optional warmer feature to help turn to a holding cabinet.
- Designed with full view glass dutch doors & fully insulated. This is why chains look towards NU-VU as a perfect solution for your proofing needs.
- The PROW-18 comes standard with a one year labor & two year parts only warranty.
