The QB-3/9 Oven Proofer combines an upper oven and a lower proofer, so you can proof and bake all in the same cabinet. It features our patented V-Air system where heat is evenly distributed throughout the oven cavity, thus eliminating the need to turn pans. The proofer has a manually filled water reservoir.

  • Max oven temperature is 425°F (218°C) and proofer up to 110°F (43°C)
  • Need a holding cabinet, equip our proofer with the warming option, allowing you to operate up to 250°F (121°C)
  • 16 Guage Polished Stainless Steel Exterior
  • Simple dial controls with separate time and temperature for both oven and proofer
  • Oven requires no drain, Proofer standard with drip trought and drain that flows into a catch pan underneath unit
  • Unit equipped with manual proof humidity pan, want to go automated order with optional automist humidity, set it and forget it
  • Perfect for sandwich shops, diners, and more.
  • Field reversible doors, oven requires no additional parts to change from left to right or vice versa
