The QB-4/8 Oven Proofer combines an upper oven and a lower proofer, so you can proof and bake all in the same cabinet. It features our patented V-Air system where heat is evenly distributed throughout the oven cavity, thus eliminating the need to turn pans. The proofer has a manually filled water reservoir.
- A true favorite amongst many QSR restaurants, NU-VU's Oven Proofer combination unit allows for simple operation and accurate results.
- The QB-4/8 oven has a capacity of (4) 18"x26" sheet pans, and a proofer capacity of (8) 18"x26".
- The QB-4/8 comes with NU-VU newest integration, our autofill proofer humidity. The operator can connect a water line through the 1/4" connection in the rear or use the front feed inside the proofer to fill the humidity tank.
- The QB/QBT series has a max bake temperature of 425°F and able to reach 350°F in a matter of 15 minutes. The proofer is able to reach up to 110°F. We recommend the warmer option for those that need to use this as a holding cabinet to keep food warm.
- The QB-4/8 measures 32.25"W x 36.9375"D x 77.75"H with a oven chamber size of 18.25"W x 28.5"D x 18.25"H and a proofer chamber size of 18.325"W x 28.625"D x 30.25"H.
