The SMOKE13 Meat Smoker is equipped with moving air technology for even heat and smoke distribution, and an autofill connection to provide humidity and keep products moist. With a temperature range up to 350F, you can roast, with or without humidity, warm, slow cook and smoke. It automatically switches to hold after the cooking cycle has ended. Internal smoke box is standard. External smoke box is optional.
- The SMOKE13 comes with 4" wide casters.
- The SMOKE13 is capable of a max bake temperature of 350°F & a 250°F hold temperature. You are able to hold 24 hours or longer based on need.
- The SMOKE13 is perfectly designed with added moisture. Connect a cold water line to our 1/4" connection in the rear & allow the added moisture to help reduce moisture loss. Increasing yield & increasing profitability.
- Every SMOKE series smoker comes with internal smokebox. However for cuts that are temperature & time sensitive we highly recommend the optional external smokebox option.
- The external dimensions if the SMOKE13 is 27 3/8"W x 36 1/4"D x 78"H.
- The internal dimensions of the SMOKE13 has an internal dimension of 18 3/4"W x 29"D x 60"H.
- This unit comes with (13) chrome racks each with a 3 1/2" shelf spacing & can hold up to a total of 150 lbs of protein at one time.
- The SMOKE13 comes standard with a one year labor & two year parts only warranty.
