The XO-1 countertop convection oven is cost-effective and versatile. Bake a variety of frozen and par-baked items such as cinnamon rolls, pastries, dinner rolls, hamburger buns and bread sticks. The two speed fan gives you more control for a better finished product. You can easily add desserts to your menu with fresh-from-the-oven results and a small investment.
- The XO-1M is constructed of 18 Guage Polished 430 Stainless Steel Exterior
- The XO-1M can hold (4) 13"x18" with 3 5/8" shelf spacing, however you can add a fifth 13"x18" pan with 2 7/8" shelf spacing
- This small foot print fully insulated oven is able to reach up to 550°F (288°C) making it the perfect all around solution,
- Each unit ships standard with dual speed fan, Low Speed is recommended for more delicate products and proteins while High Speed is perfect for cookies, biscuits
- The XO comes standard with a motor and heat cut off switch installed in the door, allowing for operator safety
- Our warranty for the XO is (2) year parts and (1) year labor warranty
- Please note the XO is only offered with Left Side Hinge Doors
