Designed to support consistent, hygienic meat aging and curing, this cabinet features BrightShield® antimicrobial LED lighting to help maintain a clean interior environment and protect product from harmful bacteria. Its spacious interior allows you to age multiple cuts at once, improving throughput and efficiency. The unit includes four perforated metal shelves with a total capacity of up to 60 lbs of product and is sized to comfortably accommodate 15 3/4” x 23 5/8” pans (pans not included). A clear glass door provides easy product visibility and is field-reversible for flexible installation. For convenient placement and cleaning access, the cabinet comes standard with four casters, including two locking casters for secure positioning.
