Southbend’s Remote Condenser Freezer Bases are designed for high performance and durability in demanding kitchen environments. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, these bases are available in a range of sizes from 32” to 108” and are built to support various modular sectional range tops. The heavy-duty, self-closing drawers slide smoothly on stainless steel rollers and can hold standard 12” x 20” x 4” pans (pans not included), providing convenient storage for ingredients. The CFC-free refrigeration system, featuring an expansion valve, ensures rapid temperature recovery, keeping your items perfectly frozen.

These freezer bases are designed for efficiency, featuring foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane insulation for superior temperature retention. The stainless steel construction—including the top, front, sides, back, drawers, and interior cavity—ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. Rubber magnetic door gaskets provide a secure seal and simplify maintenance. The removable door assembly makes servicing hassle-free, and the unit is equipped with 6” adjustable stainless steel legs to allow for easy leveling in any kitchen setup.

For easy cleaning, the interior corners are coved and meet NSF Standard #7. The freezer base also includes a condensate drain with a 1/2” I.D. tube and an electric condensate evaporator pan for improved efficiency. An adjustable digital thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while the mullion coils are coated to resist corrosion and ensure maximum airflow for even cooling. Please note that the remote condenser unit is not included.

Operating on 120V single-phase 50/60Hz AC power, Southbend's Remote Condenser Freezer Bases are designed for the toughest kitchen environments. These units come with a 2-year warranty on specified operational parts, a 5-year warranty on the compressor, and 1 year on labor from the date of purchase.
