The Ultimate Restaurant Range 24” Series offers a compact yet powerful cooking solution, perfect for commercial kitchens with limited space. Measuring 24-3/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range combines durability and efficiency in a sleek, stainless steel design. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure a tough, easy-to-clean exterior, while the front-located manual gas shut-off valve provides added safety and control over the entire range.
This range comes with a factory-installed regulator for optimal performance and includes four removable, heavy-duty cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to support up to a 14” stock pot, ideal for larger pots or pans. The standing pilot lights for the open-top burners provide reliable ignition, while battery spark ignition is included for the oven base. 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1): For enhanced cooking performance, choose the optional patented, clog-free cast iron burners that deliver 33,000 BTUs (NAT). These burners are designed to be lifetime clog-free, ensuring reliable operation even in high-demand kitchens.
For added versatility, the Space Saver Oven Models (E) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, and comes with one rack with two position side rails, offering ample space for baking and roasting.
