The Ultimate Restaurant Range 24” Series is a high-performance, commercial gas range designed for kitchens where space and power matter. With a compact width of 24-3/8” and a 37” high cooking top, this range fits seamlessly into smaller spaces while offering robust cooking capacity. The stainless steel front and sides, along with the 4” stainless steel front rail, ensure durability and ease of maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off adds an extra layer of safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth operation.
Equipped with four removable, heavy-duty cast iron grate tops, the range offers flexibility for various pot sizes, including the ability to hold up to a 14” stock pot on the rear grate. The standing pilot for open top burners ensures reliable ignition, and the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases adds convenience. The range also comes with a one-year, no-quibble, 24/7 parts and labor warranty, providing peace of mind for busy kitchens.
Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3): For enhanced performance, the Ultimate Restaurant Range offers an option for four 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, designed with a unique port arrangement to provide even flame distribution. These star burners are ideal for sautéing, searing, and other high-heat cooking methods, ensuring consistent results every time.
Space Saver Oven Models (E): The Ultimate Restaurant Range also features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, comes with one rack and two-position side rails for versatile baking, roasting, and more.
