The Ultimate Restaurant Range 24” Series is a powerful, commercial gas range designed to deliver exceptional cooking performance in tight kitchen spaces. With a compact 24-3/8” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range is ideal for smaller kitchens without sacrificing functionality. It features a stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off offers added safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth operation.
The range includes four removable, heavy-duty cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14” stock pot, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. Standing pilots for the open top burners offer reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases simplifies operation. Plus, the range comes with a one-year, no-quibble, 24/7 parts and labor warranty for peace of mind.
Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4): The Ultimate Restaurant Range features a split burner configuration option, with two Star/Sauté burners in the front and two standard 33K BTU burners in the rear. This configuration provides versatility for different cooking methods, such as sautéing in the front and high-heat cooking in the rear.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a solid base for the range, and it’s available with optional, no-charge doors that open from the center for easy access to storage space.
