The Ultimate Restaurant Range 24” Series is a commercial gas range engineered for high efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens with limited space. With a compact 24-3/8” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range fits perfectly in tight kitchens while offering powerful cooking performance. It features a stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for easy maintenance and long-lasting durability. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides safety, and the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth operation.
This range comes with four removable, heavy-duty cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate capable of holding up to a 14” stock pot for added versatility. Standing pilots for the open top burners ensure reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases makes operation simple. Plus, the range includes a one-year, no-quibble, 24/7 parts and labor warranty, providing peace of mind for busy kitchens.
Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4): The Ultimate Restaurant Range offers a split burner configuration, with two Star/Sauté burners in the front for quick, high-heat cooking and two standard 33K BTU burners in the rear for versatility in a variety of cooking styles, from sautéing to simmering.
Space Saver Oven Models (E): The Ultimate Restaurant Range includes a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, provides ample space for baking, roasting, and other cooking tasks. The oven features one rack with two-position side rails for versatile cooking options.
