The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is built for commercial kitchens that require reliable, high-performance cooking equipment. Featuring a 36” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, this range combines durability with versatility to meet the demands of busy kitchens. The range is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, ensuring long-lasting performance and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides added safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow.
Equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, this range provides easy and efficient operation. The Ultimate Restaurant Range delivers peace of mind and dependable service for years.
33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1): The range features two 33,000 BTU NAT patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, designed for optimal heat distribution and reliable performance in high-demand cooking environments.
Griddle Top (Left or Right): A 24” griddle top is available with a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate, offering a versatile cooking surface for various dishes. You can choose between manual or thermostatically controlled operation to suit your cooking style.
Convection Oven Models (A): The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven provides consistent heat distribution with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The convection oven features a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with overload protection and permanent lubricated ball bearings, offering reliable operation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to be used as a standard oven when needed.
