The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens. This robust gas range is 36” wide and features a 37” high cooking top, offering ample space for preparing large quantities of food. With its stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail, this range is designed for both durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides added safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and efficient gas flow.
Equipped with standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, the range provides quick and reliable ignition every time, making it ideal for busy kitchens that need dependable performance throughout the day.
33K Non-clog Burners (Burner Option 1): This range includes four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners. Each burner delivers a powerful 33,000 BTU NAT, ensuring high heat output and maximum efficiency. These non-clog burners are designed to handle the toughest cooking tasks while maintaining consistent heat.
Griddle Top (Left or Right): For versatile cooking, the 12” griddle top offers a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate, providing excellent heat retention and even cooking. It can be manually or thermostatically controlled, giving you the flexibility to cook everything from pancakes to burgers with ease.
Stainless Steel Cabinet (C): The range includes a stainless steel cabinet base, offering sturdy storage space for your kitchen tools. Optional no-charge doors open from the center, making it easier to access your equipment while maintaining a sleek and organized appearance.
