The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a robust and reliable commercial gas range built to meet the needs of high-volume kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers plenty of space and durability for all your cooking tasks. The range features a 4” stainless steel front rail and fully stainless steel front and sides, ensuring strength and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with a front-mounted manual gas shut-off for easy access to control the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth and dependable operation. A standing pilot for the open top burners guarantees a steady flame for consistent cooking, while the battery spark ignition system ensures reliable and efficient ignition for the oven bases.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners option features two patented, one-piece cast iron burners that are lifetime clog-free, providing long-lasting and powerful performance. These burners deliver 33,000 BTU NAT, making them ideal for high-heat cooking. Additionally, the range includes a 24” Charbroiler, which can be placed on either the left or right side. The charbroiler features removable cast iron grates, allowing for easy cleaning and providing excellent heat retention for even cooking.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet base ensures a strong and durable foundation for the range. For added convenience, optional no-charge doors that open from the center are available, providing easy access to storage space.
