The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to provide commercial kitchens with powerful performance and reliability. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range delivers superior versatility for high-demand cooking. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as durable stainless steel front and sides for a sleek and easy-to-clean appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off adds an extra layer of safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures precise gas control.
Equipped with standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, this range guarantees consistent and reliable ignition. The 33K Non-clog Burners (Burner Option 1) come with four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU NAT for optimal heat distribution and performance.
A versatile 12” griddle top is available, made from 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel, and can be equipped with either manual or thermostatically controlled options for accurate cooking. The Standard Oven Model (D) features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing for consistent baking and roasting. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, comfortably accommodating full-sized pans in either direction. Additionally, it includes one rack with two position side rails, offering flexibility for various cooking needs.
