The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-quality commercial gas range built to meet the demands of professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers exceptional space and durability for all your cooking tasks. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and fully stainless steel front and sides, ensuring strength, reliability, and easy cleaning. The front-mounted manual gas shut-off provides convenient access to control the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth and efficient operation. The standing pilot for the open top burners ensures a consistent flame for precise cooking, while the battery spark ignition system guarantees quick and dependable ignition for the oven bases.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1) includes two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that offer long-lasting performance. These burners provide an impressive 33,000 BTU NAT, delivering powerful heat for a variety of cooking applications.
The Charbroiler is available in a 24” size and can be positioned on either the left or right side of the range. It comes with removable cast iron grates, allowing for easy cleaning and excellent heat retention to ensure even cooking for meats, vegetables, and other grilled items.
The Standard Oven (Model D) offers a 45,000 BTU NAT output, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. It features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing precise temperature control for various baking and roasting needs. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space to accommodate full-sized pans that fit both ways. The oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexibility in arranging cookware.
