The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of busy professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample space and durable construction for all your cooking requirements. The unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off offers quick and easy control over the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth and reliable operation. The standing pilot for the open top burners ensures consistent flames for precise cooking, and the battery spark ignition system ensures dependable ignition for the oven bases.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1) include six patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, providing 33,000 BTU of heat for high-efficiency cooking. These durable burners offer excellent performance, ideal for handling various cooking tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The Standard Oven Models (D) offers a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT output, perfect for high-volume cooking. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing for precise temperature control during baking and roasting. With a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, the oven provides ample space for full-sized pans that fit both ways. It also includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexibility in pan placement.
