The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is an exceptional commercial gas range, designed to meet the rigorous demands of a professional kitchen. This 36” wide range features a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for a variety of cooking tasks. Constructed with durable stainless steel front and sides, and a 4” stainless steel front rail, it ensures both durability and ease of maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for convenient control over the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth and reliable gas flow. The standing pilot for open top burners ensures consistent flame strength, while the battery spark ignition system provides quick and dependable ignition for the oven bases.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design for better heat efficiency and allow for full use of the entire range top. This option is only available with 27K BTU non-clog burners and includes four removable, cast iron grate tops, with the rear grates designed to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot. This ensures versatility in your cooking and enhances the overall efficiency of the range.
The Griddle Top option is available on the left or right side, offering a 12” griddle with a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate. The griddle is manually controlled, providing precise temperature regulation for consistent cooking results.
The Convection Oven Models (A) are equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering ample cooking space with three racks and five-position side rails. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor with high efficiency, the convection oven features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch is included to allow the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
