The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a top-tier commercial gas range engineered for high performance in demanding kitchen environments. Featuring a 36” wide range with a 37” high cooking top, this range is built to accommodate a variety of cooking needs. The durable stainless steel front and sides, combined with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensure both strength and easy maintenance. With a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, as well as a factory-installed regulator, this range offers convenience and reliability for the most efficient operation. The standing pilot for open top burners guarantees consistent flame strength, and the battery spark ignition system provides quick and reliable ignition for the oven bases.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) come with a cast bowl design that maximizes heat efficiency and allows full use of the range top. This option is only available with 27K BTU non-clog burners and includes two removable, cast iron grate tops, with the rear grates designed to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot. This design enhances cooking flexibility, enabling chefs to efficiently utilize the entire cooking surface.
For additional versatility, the Griddle Top is available on either the left or right side, offering a 24” surface with a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate. This griddle is available in both manual and thermostatically controlled options, providing precise temperature management for various cooking applications.
The Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering ample cooking space for various needs. It comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, ensuring maximum flexibility. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, the convection oven provides reliable and energy-efficient performance. An on/off switch allows the oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed, adding to its versatility.
