The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is the ultimate choice for commercial kitchens that demand high performance, reliability, and versatility. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range is designed for maximum cooking capacity and ergonomic ease, helping to optimize your kitchen’s workflow.
Crafted with stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail, the range offers both durability and a sleek, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides easy access for quick gas flow control, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable performance.
The standing pilot system ensures stable, efficient flame control for the open top burners, making it ideal for a variety of cooking techniques. The battery spark ignition system ensures easy and reliable oven ignition, making startup quick and hassle-free.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) are engineered for superior heat distribution and efficiency. With a cast bowl design, they allow full use of the entire range top, ensuring that heat is evenly distributed across the burners. Available only with the 27K BTU Non-clog burners, these grates are designed to accommodate high heat demands. The 6 removable, cast iron grate tops provide flexibility and ease of cleaning, and the rear grates are specially designed to hold up to a 14” stock pot, perfect for larger cooking tasks.
The Convection Oven Models (A) are equipped with a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven that ensures uniform cooking with the help of a standing pilot and a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample cooking space for various pans. It includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements. The high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for enhanced durability and energy efficiency. The On/Off switch enables you to operate the oven as a standard oven if needed.
