The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to provide exceptional cooking performance for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample cooking space and a robust stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel sides add both functionality and style, while the front-located manual gas shut-off provides enhanced safety with quick control over the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures precise gas flow, maximizing efficiency. Additionally, the standing pilot for the open top burners ensures reliable ignition, and the battery spark ignition for the oven bases makes starting the oven quick and convenient.
For optimal cooking flexibility, the Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) are equipped with a cast bowl design that improves heat distribution and allows full use of the entire range top. These grates are only compatible with 27K BTU non-clog burners and feature four removable, cast iron grate tops. The rear grates are large enough to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot, offering versatility for large-scale cooking.
The Griddle Top option, available on either the left or right side, measures 12” and is made with a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate, providing even heat distribution for efficient cooking. The griddle is manually controlled, allowing precise temperature adjustments to suit various cooking needs.
The Standard Oven Models (D) include a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for cooking. Full-sized pans can fit both ways, and the oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for convenient placement of racks or pans.
