The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is built for high-performance kitchens, offering the ideal combination of power, versatility, and durability. This commercial gas range features a 36” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, designed for both ease of use and ergonomic comfort. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, the range delivers a sleek, professional look while being easy to clean and maintain.
A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and convenient access, ensuring full control over the entire range. The factory-installed regulator optimizes gas pressure for consistent and reliable operation. The standing pilot for open top burners guarantees flame stability for cooking with precision, while the battery spark ignition system ensures easy, reliable oven ignition.
Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) enhance cooking efficiency, offering a cast bowl design that allows for better heat distribution and full utilization of the entire range top. These grates are only available with the 27K BTU Non-clog burners and feature two removable, heavy-duty cast iron grate tops. The rear grate can hold up to a 14” stock pot, providing flexibility for larger pots or pans.
The Charbroiler (Left or Right) option provides a 24” grilling area with removable, cast iron grates, allowing chefs to easily sear, grill, and cook a variety of foods. This setup is perfect for high-heat grilling, delivering consistent results with the ability to fine-tune cooking temperatures.
The Standard Oven Models (D) offer a robust 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, with enough space to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. The oven includes one rack with two position side rails, giving you flexibility for different cooking heights and allowing you to achieve optimal results for various dishes.
