The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is engineered to deliver superior performance in commercial kitchens. This 36” wide commercial gas range comes with a 37” high cooking top and features a durable stainless steel construction with a 4” front rail, stainless steel front, and sides, ensuring long-lasting reliability and ease of maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off adds an extra layer of safety, allowing for quick and easy shutdown of the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure, delivering consistent heat across the cooking surface. Additionally, the standing pilot for the open top burners and the battery spark ignition for the oven bases make for convenient and efficient operation.
For enhanced cooking versatility, the Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design, offering better heat efficiency and allowing full use of the entire range top. These grates are specifically designed for use with 27K BTU non-clog burners and include two removable, cast iron grate tops. The rear grates are large enough to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot, making it perfect for heavy-duty cooking needs.
The Griddle Top option, available on either the left or right side of the range, is made with a 24” wide, 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate. It offers even heat distribution for a variety of cooking styles and can be either manually controlled or thermostatically controlled, allowing precise temperature adjustments.
The Standard Oven Models (D) come equipped with a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven that features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans that can fit both ways. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for flexible rack placement to meet various cooking demands.
