The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a versatile, high-performance kitchen solution designed for commercial kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, it offers ample space for a variety of cooking tasks. The range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, and durable stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both long-lasting performance and easy cleaning.
For enhanced safety, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, providing immediate access to turn off the gas supply to the entire unit. The factory-installed regulator ensures stable and reliable gas flow for optimal burner performance.
Equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners, the range ensures consistent flame control, while battery spark ignition makes it easy to start the oven bases.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) feature four 33,000 BTU NAT star burners designed for precision cooking. The port arrangement on these burners ensures an even distribution of flame, providing uniform heat across the cooking surface for consistent results. Ideal for sautéing, searing, and high-heat cooking, these burners offer commercial-grade performance for demanding kitchen environments.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) offers a 12” cooking area, with a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate that delivers even heat distribution. The griddle is manually controlled, allowing for precise temperature adjustments to suit a variety of cooking styles, from pancakes to burgers.
For oven cooking, the Convection Oven Models (A) provide a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides ample space for full-sized pans. The oven is equipped with three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexibility for different baking or roasting tasks.
The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor in the convection oven ensures optimal airflow for even cooking, while the motor’s permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation guarantee long-lasting reliability. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to also operate as a standard oven, giving you more flexibility for various cooking needs.
