The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is built for high-volume commercial kitchens where performance, durability, and versatility are essential. This 36” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top, providing ample cooking space while maintaining an ergonomic cooking height. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, this range is designed for durability and easy cleaning, making it the perfect addition to any kitchen.
This range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit, ensuring safety and convenience during maintenance or emergencies. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for reliable operation, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases deliver reliable starting for all cooking elements.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are ideal for high-heat cooking and precise sautéing. With two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, the unique port arrangement allows for even distribution of flame, making it perfect for preparing a wide range of dishes that require consistent, high-intensity heat. The powerful burners are designed to handle demanding cooking tasks, providing both flexibility and efficiency.
The Charbroiler (Left or Right) adds another level of versatility to the range. It features a 24” grilling area with removable, cast iron grates, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. Perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and seafood, this charbroiler delivers even heat and exceptional grilling results.
For baking, roasting, and other cooking needs, the Convection Oven Models (A) provide exceptional performance. Equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, this oven features a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making it perfect for a variety of cooking methods. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans. It includes three racks with five position side rails, providing flexibility for different baking and roasting needs. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, high-efficiency motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring long-lasting and efficient operation. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
